Forgot your password

Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.

Everyone

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?.
Enter your email and choose Send →. If an account with that email exists, we send a reset link.
Open the email Reset your password and choose Reset password.
Enter a new password of at least 12 characters twice and choose Change password.
Sign in with the new password.

Good to know

The link works once, for one hour. Asking again cancels the previous link.
No email? Check the spam folder, and wait a minute before asking again. Accounts that are not confirmed yet get no reset email.
After the change you are signed out everywhere, including the mobile app.
Resetting the password is done on the web, not in the mobile app.
