If you own two or more companies, Portfolio compares them side by side over the same dates. Open it from the account menu, or Compare your companies in the company switcher.
What it shows
- Needs attention: unpaid charges older than a week, payments waiting for a register receipt, a trial about to end, a read-only subscription or a plan limit, each with a link to fix it.
- Your companies: Booked, Collected, Bookings, Avg. Booking, Cancelled, Occupancy, New Customers, the change against the comparison period and a small trend line. Click a company to open its Analytics for the same dates.
- Comparison: a chart of Booked, Collected or Bookings by company.
Use Period, Compare with and Sort by at the top, and ⇩ CSV to export the table.
Good to know
- Each company’s figures are its own Analytics figures, counted in its own timezone.
- Totals are given per currency; currencies are never converted.
- Archived companies are not compared; a note says how many there are.
