Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in how many active Locations, active Resources and employees you can have. The Owner sees the plan, usage and prices under Billing.
The plans
- Solo: 1 active Location, 15 active Resources and 5 employees.
- Starter: 2 active Locations and 50 active Resources.
- Business: 5 active Locations and 150 active Resources.
- Pro: 10 active Locations and 350 active Resources.
- Enterprise: no limits, on a contract. Contact us to arrange it.
Every plan except Solo has unlimited employees, and all plans have unlimited Bookings, Customers and Offerings. Prices are in US dollars. Pay monthly or annually; annual billing costs ten months. Prices on the Billing page exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout.
The trial
- The trial lasts 30 days from your first company and includes every feature.
- During the trial, your companies share these limits: 2 companies, 5 active Locations, 150 active Resources and 15 employees (pending invitations count).
- You get reminders 7, 3 and 1 day before it ends. Choose a plan to keep working without interruption.
Limits
At 80% of a limit the page shows a notice, and at 100% you cannot add more. Nothing is ever deleted and daily work is never blocked: only creating or reactivating something over the limit is. Archive what you no longer use, or choose a bigger plan. A smaller plan can be chosen once the company fits it.
Good to know
- Only active Locations and Resources count; archived ones do not.
- A company created after your trial ended starts read-only until it has a plan.
- Only the Owner sees Billing.
