The Ovyrena app for Android and iOS is made for the shift: the Layout, Bookings in progress, orders, the Work queue and payments, right on your phone or tablet.
Get started
- Sign in with the same email and password as on the web. New accounts and forgotten passwords are handled on the web.
- Choose the company and, if asked, the Location. Your Role can differ between companies.
- Allow notifications when asked, so you hear about ready items, customer requests and new booking requests.
What you see
- Owners and Managers: Layout, Resources, Work queue and Booking requests.
- Staff: Layout, Resources (read-only) and Work queue, for their own Locations.
- Station Staff: the Work queue.
- Finance works on the web only.
Good to know
- On a phone, turn it sideways to use the Layout.
- You stay signed in for 30 days from your last use. Sign out in the account menu ends the session on that device.
- If you denied notifications, turn them on for Ovyrena in your phone’s settings.
