Payment methods are the ways your Customers pay, such as Cash or Card. Your team picks one each time it marks charges as paid.
Set them up
- Open Offerings and choose Manage payment methods.
- Choose ＋ Add payment method, enter the name and add it.
- Use the row menu to edit a method, or archive one you no longer accept.
Good to know
- Payment methods are the same at every Location.
- Past payments keep the method’s name as it was, even if you rename or archive it.
- Active methods are also offered to Customers who request the bill from the QR code, if you ask how they want to pay.
- Owners and Managers manage payment methods.
