A Layout is a map of one area of a Location, such as the main room or a rooftop terrace. A Location can have several.
Create a Layout
- Open Resources, switch to Layout and choose the Location.
- Choose ＋ New layout, enter the Layout name and choose Create Layout.
Arrange it
- Choose Edit layout.
- Under Unplaced Resources, choose Add for each Resource to put on this Layout.
- Drag Resources into place, or select one and use the arrow keys (hold Shift for bigger steps).
- Select a Resource to Move resource to another Layout or Remove from layout.
- Choose Save layout. Cancel discards your changes.
Use ✎ next to the name to rename a Layout without moving anything.
Good to know
- A Resource can be on one Layout at a time. Resources on no Layout are Unplaced.
- If someone else saved the Layout while you were editing, reload the page; your changes are not saved over theirs.
- Owners and Managers arrange Layouts, also in the mobile app. Staff see them read-only.
