Work stations

A Work station is a place where order items are prepared, such as the Kitchen or the Bar. Each Location has its own.

Add a Work station

1. Open the Location and choose Manage work stations.
2. Enter the Station name and choose Add work station.
3. On each Offering, choose this station as its preparation route. See Prices and Work stations per Location.
4. On each Employee who works there, tick the station under the Location. See Invite an Employee.

Rename or archive

Use ✎ to rename a station, or Archive when it is no longer used.

Good to know

• A station cannot be archived while an Offering is routed to it or items are still waiting there. Reassign the Offerings and finish the items first.
• Being assigned to a station gives no extra access; it only decides whose Work queue shows the items.
• Station names are unique within a Location, so two Locations can each have a Kitchen.
