One Offering can be sold at every Location, with a different price, tax rate or Work station where needed. Open the Offering to find both settings.
Where it is available, and at what price
- Under Where is this offering available?, tick Available for each Location that sells it.
- Leave Location price and Location tax rate (%) empty to use the default, or enter a different one, for example where another tax rate applies.
- Choose Save Location settings.
Where it is prepared
For Locations that take orders, choose a Preparation route under Where is this offering prepared?:
- A Work station, such as Kitchen or Bar: ordered items go to its Work queue.
- No work order: nothing needs preparing; the item goes straight to direct service.
- Not configured: the Offering cannot be ordered at that Location.
Choose Save preparation routes.
Good to know
- A new Offering is available everywhere at the default price, including Locations added later.
- New Booking lines use the Location’s price; existing lines never change.
- Products without a route at a Location that takes orders show Setup incomplete in the Offering list.
- Managers see and change only their own Locations.
